A Comforting, Hands-On Cooking Experience in London
In this relaxed and welcoming class, you’ll learn how to make authentic Biang Biang noodles (La Mian) completely from scratch — just flour, water and technique.
No additives. No shortcuts. Just traditional skills passed down properly.
You’ll gently build confidence as you knead, stretch and pull your dough into long, beautiful noodles. Don’t worry if you’re new to cooking — we guide you step by step.
Classes are small and held in our spacious, air-conditioned studio. Weekday sessions are often very quiet, sometimes even private, giving you plenty of time to ask questions and enjoy the process.
In This Class, You Will Learn To:
  • Make authentic hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles from scratch
  • Strengthen and stretch dough using traditional pulling techniques
  • Slice and prepare beef using a Chinese kitchen knife
  • Season and bake the beef for maximum flavour
  • Plate your dish beautifully and enjoy it fresh
If you enjoy a little heat, you can also add our Crispy Chilli Sauce experience — you’ll make a jar to share and take home.

Important Booking Information
  • Price is per person. Each attendee must hold a valid ticket.
  • This is an adult-only class (18+).
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
  • Class duration is an estimate and may vary depending on group size.
No Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another adult (18+). Please notify us in advance with the new attendee’s name.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your booking, a £50 fee per person applies. Reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled class date.
Arrival & Punctuality
Classes begin promptly. A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, we may not be able to admit you and your booking will be forfeited.
Health & Safety Policy
  • For the safety of all guests and in line with UK food hygiene guidance, anyone experiencing vomiting, diarrhoea, or similar symptoms must be symptom-free for at least 48 hours before attending the class
  • Guests may be asked to confirm this upon arrival
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if this requirement is not met

  • Beginner-friendly!
  • A person under 18 cannot attend the class at all. We will ask for valid IDs if you look very young. Your class will be cancelled without a refund if you fail to provide proof. It is for your safety and required by the insurance policy. If we don't follow it, this class will not be allowed to continue. Thank you for your understanding.
