Eggs are one of the most versatile ingredients in Chinese home cooking. In this hands-on workshop, your chef will guide you step by step through a selection of popular egg-based recipes that are simple, comforting, and full of flavour.
Classes take place in a spacious, air-conditioned cooking studio in London, with small group sizes that allow plenty of personal attention. Weekday bookings are often quieter and may even become private sessions, giving you extra time with your instructor.

During this hands-on cooking class you will prepare several classic dishes using eggs as the main ingredient:
  • Egg Fried Rice – starting from plain rice and transforming it into a flavourful fried rice dish
  • Chinese Tea Eggs – beautifully marbled eggs simmered in fragrant spices
  • Mock Crab Meat from Eggs – a creative egg-based dish inspired by seafood texture
  • Scrambled Eggs with Tomato – one of China’s most beloved comfort dishes
Finally, you’ll learn how to arrange and present your dishes in an artistic bento-style box to enjoy during the class or take home.

  • Class duration is an estimate and may vary depending on group size.
No Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another adult (18+). Notify us in advance with the new attendee’s name.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling incurs a £50 fee per person and must be requested at least 7 days before your class date.
Arrival & Punctuality
Classes begin promptly. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Late arrivals may forfeit their booking.
Health & Safety Policy
  • For the safety of all guests and in line with UK food hygiene guidance, anyone experiencing vomiting, diarrhoea, or similar symptoms must be symptom-free for at least 48 hours before attending the class
  • Guests may be asked to confirm this upon arrival
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if this requirement is not met

Knowledge required
  • Beginners are welcome.
  • A person under 18 cannot attend the class at all. We will ask for valid IDs if you look very young. Your class will be cancelled without refund if failed to provide proofs. It is for your safety and required by insurance policy. If we don't follow it, this class will not be allowed to carry on. Thank you for your understanding.
