In this hands-on Chinese vegan cooking workshop, you'll learn how to turn simple mushrooms into flavour-packed dishes using authentic techniques and sauces.
Chinese vegetarian cooking has a long history and continues to evolve with exciting new recipes. In this relaxed class, you'll cook with flavourful mushrooms oyster mushrooms, learning how to balance texture, aroma and seasoning just like in a traditional Chinese kitchen.
Your friendly teachers Hanna and Simon will introduce the ingredients and techniques before guiding you step-by-step through each dish. With small class sizes in our spacious air-conditioned London studio, you’ll receive plenty of personal guidance — and if you visit on a quieter weekday, you may even enjoy a private class experience.

What you will cook in this class
During this hands-on workshop, you will prepare:
  • Three mushroom dishes – a starter, a salad and a hot dish
  • Recipes featuring seasonal mushrooms such as shiitake and oyster mushrooms
  • Delicious homemade sauces to complement each dish
  • As mushrooms are seasonal ingredients, the dishes may vary depending on the freshest produce available.
  • Plain rice will be served with your meal, and you can explore even more flavours by adding extra dishes or drinks through our add-on options.

  • Price is per person. Each attendee must hold a valid ticket.
  • This is an adult-only class (18+).
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
  • Class duration is an estimate and may vary depending on group size.
No Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another adult (18+). Please notify us in advance with the new attendee’s name.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your booking, a £50 fee per person applies. Requests must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled class date.
Arrival & Punctuality
Classes begin promptly. A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your booking may be forfeited.
Health & Safety Policy
  • For the safety of all guests and in line with UK food hygiene guidance, anyone experiencing vomiting, diarrhoea, or similar symptoms must be symptom-free for at least 48 hours before attending the class
  • Guests may be asked to confirm this upon arrival
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if this requirement is not met

  • Vegetarian and vegan friendly
  • A person under 18 cannot attend the class at all. We will ask for valid IDs if you look very young. You class will be cancelled without refund if failed to provide proofs. It is for your safety and required by insurance policy. If we don't follow it, this class will not be allowed to carry on. Thank you for your understanding.
