  • 5/5 from Rachel Buchanan, attended Jan 2025: My teachers were brilliant hosts, friendly, informative and passionate about their subject. They went out if their way to make me feel welcome and the tea and snacks were delicious.
  • 5/5 from Imogen McConnell, attended Sep 2024: My partner and I had this class for our anniversary and it was a truly special experience. We were welcomed warmly before we even stepped through the door and made to feel so at home. Simon and Hanna are so knowledgable and kind and provided us with a rich history of Chinese food and culture - we learnt so much! The snacks were beautifully made and the tea was fresher and more delicious than any we’d tasted before. The whole event was arranged so intimately, and Simon and Hanna are so personable yet so professional. We’d love to try some of their other classes as an experience like this is truly unique in London. 谢谢!
  • 5/5 from Alexandre Moufle, attended Jan 2024: We had a great time learning all things we didn't know about tea! Teas we tasted were excellent and the whole experience was fun and enjoyable ;-)
  • 5/5 from Misa Lau, attended Oct 2023: This is a very good experience. We tasted carefully baked and brewed tea. Learned the history and trends behind the tea culture in China. Also Hanna's tea sets are very beautiful. We bought a small set with some tea leaves after the class. Now we can brew the nice tea at home as well.
  • 5/5 from Sandy Adams, attended Oct 2023: We had a wonderful time with Hanna and Simon. We had very nice tea with their handmade snacks. The pork mooncake is the best I ever had before. Bring the best memory from China. The charcoal baked oolong tea is the best among the three types of tea we tasted. The jasmin green tea is also very refreshing. Simon showed us how they baked and roasted the tea leaves themselves. It opened up our mind. We can actually add flavours to the tea bought from shops. Cannot wait to try it at home as well. Very relax and enjoy the tasting experience. Strongly recommend to all tea lovers.
  • 5/5 from Basil Mittle, attended Oct 2023: A very delicious tea tasting. In fact, it is well exceeded our expectation. We love Chinese tea very much and have been to many tea tastings in London. This is the true gem. Hanna prepared 3 different types of tea for us. Explained the origin, process methods and the history about them. Each tea served with hand brew and hand made snacks. The crispy flower desserts are the top crown jewel. Very beautiful and very delicious. We want to come back to learn to make them. The nuts snacks and snow-flake nougat, Simon made for us, are also very nice. He shared his recipe with us as well. We bought some after the class as the simple recipe requires a lot time to make. Highly recommend, for the tea, for the handmade snacks and their enthusiasm.
  • 5/5 from Ian Derbyshire, attended Jul 2023: We had very good time with Hanna. Hanna's knowledge in Chinese tea helped us to understand this fascinating topic. While tasting her carefully brewed tea, we also had nuts and dried fruits made by the owner couple. They are very delicious and never had somewhere else. They certainly made the three types of tea more tasty. They said it was the way serving in 10th century in China. Wow, what a great experience had time travelling with Hanna! Also want to mention, the tea sets used in the class is very beautiful. We bought a set and some tea after the class. It is very handy they have a little shop.

Precision.
Our sushi classes focus on technique, structure and presentation.
