Step into a world of flavour, texture, and shared family moments.
In this elevated cooking experience, you and your child are invited to slow down, connect, and create something truly special together — learning the art of crafting golden, crispy spring rolls from scratch.
This is more than a cooking class. It is a moment of togetherness, where food becomes the bridge between generations — hands working side by side, laughter filling the kitchen, and memories quietly taking shape.
Cooking is not just about recipes — it is about presence, connection, and joy.
A Family Journey of Flavour and Craft From the first fold to the final crisp bite, your family will explore the essence of Asian cooking:
  • The satisfaction of perfectly crisp texture
  • The balance of flavour, aroma, and seasoning
  • The beauty of simple ingredients transformed with care
Children will love the hands-on experience of wrapping and shaping, while adults will appreciate the technique and depth behind every step.
What You Will Experience Together In this guided session, families will:
  • Learn to prepare authentic spring roll fillings (vegan-friendly)
  • Master the art of wrapping with precision and confidence
  • Understand how to achieve the perfect golden, crispy texture
  • Cook spring rolls safely with step-by-step guidance
  • Create a beautifully balanced dipping sauce
  • Learn and practise Mandarin Chinese while cooking with your chef tutors
Every movement becomes part of the experience — folding, rolling, creating — together.
Why Families Love This Class Set in a spacious, air-conditioned kitchen, this experience is designed for comfort, creativity, and connection.
  • Small, intimate class sizes
  • Personal guidance for both adults and children
  • A warm, welcoming environment
  • Weekday sessions often feel like a private family experience
This is a space where families can slow down, focus, and truly enjoy the moment.
A Moment to Savour At the end of your journey, you will sit down together and enjoy your creations at their very best — hot, crispy, and made entirely by your own hands. Or take them home, carefully packed — a delicious reminder of a shared experience. What stays with you is more than the food — it’s the memory of creating something together.

At Hanna and Simon's Foodie Kitchen, we believe cooking is more than following recipes — it is a craft, a culture, and a shared experience.
Founded in London with a passion for precision and authenticity, we specialise in immersive Asian culinary workshops that combine traditional knowledge with hands-on learning.
From sushi masterclasses to Chinese tea ceremonies and artisan dessert experiences, every class is designed to give you more than just a finished dish. We teach you the “why” behind the technique — so you leave with confidence, not just instructions.
Precision.
Our sushi classes focus on technique, structure and presentation.
We guide you to create beautifully shaped rolls with professional standards — even as a beginner.
Culture.
Our tea and Matcha workshops explore centuries of history and philosophy, helping you understand the story behind what you taste.
Creativity.
Our dessert workshops celebrate colour, texture and joy — turning simple ingredients into stunning, handcrafted treats.
We keep our classes small to ensure personal guidance and a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you’re joining for a date night, birthday, team event or simply to learn something new, you’ll be welcomed into a calm and thoughtfully designed space.
Many of our weekday sessions feel almost like private classes — giving you time to ask questions and refine your skills.
Our Philosophy
Craft. Culture. Confidence.
We believe learning should feel rewarding, not rushed.
Beautiful, not complicated.
Professional, yet welcoming.
When you leave our studio, we want you to feel proud of what you’ve created — and confident enough to recreate it at home.
We look forward to welcoming you to Hanna and Simon's Foodie Kitchen.
