Welcome to our cool and friendly London kitchen! Your culinary journey begins with a fascinating introduction to the history of TangHuLu. In our small, personal classes, your experienced chef will get you settled in and excited to create the delicious Chinese treats.
Prepare the Ingredients
Get hands-on with every step: select the fruits and prepare the fruits. Not all fruits suitable for TangHuLu. We’ll guide you through the process and you will easily to make them again at home.
Cook the Sugar Syrup
The most important step, cook the sugar syrup. Your expeirenced chef tutors will guide you through carefully. Make sure you can get the perfect glaze of sugar and the crunchy texture.
Wrap and Deco TangHuLu
Unleash your creativity as you add the finishing touches. You'll learn simple but beautiful ways to decorate your TangHuLu, working with a variety of flavours to create a colourful and tempting collection of desserts.

In this hands-on class, you and your child will transform fresh fruit into sparkling candied skewers that look like edible jewels.This class turns dessert-making into a fun family experience, where adults and children work side by side to create delicious treats together.Our workshops are small and relaxed in a spacious, air-conditioned London studio, giving each family plenty of guidance from our friendly tutors. Tanghulu is a traditional Chinese candied fruit dessert made by coating fresh fruit in a thin, crisp sugar shell.

In this class, you and your child will create your own handcrafted Tanghulu skewers from scratch.
Children especially love watching the sugar transform into a shiny shell and decorating their colourful fruit creations.

No Refund PolicyAll bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another adult and child pair.
