Tempura is one of Japan’s most refined cooking techniques, known for its light, delicate, and crispy texture. In this class, you’ll learn how to recreate restaurant-quality tempura from scratch, guided step-by-step by experienced chefs.
You’ll begin with an introduction to the history of tempura, from its origins to modern-day techniques, before moving into a fully hands-on session.
Working in a small group setting, you’ll receive personalised guidance as you prepare prawns, fresh vegetables, and the signature light batter that makes tempura so unique.
Classes take place in a spacious, air-conditioned studio, designed for comfort and focus. Weekday sessions often offer a quieter, more private experience.

  • This is an adult-only class (18+).
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
  • Class duration is an estimate and may vary depending on group size.
No Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another adult (18+) if you cannot attend. Please notify us in advance.
Rescheduling
£50 fee per person, requested at least 7 days before your class.
Arrival & Punctuality
Classes begin promptly. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Late arrivals may forfeit their booking.
Health & Safety Policy
  • For the safety of all guests and in line with UK food hygiene guidance, anyone experiencing vomiting, diarrhoea, or similar symptoms must be symptom-free for at least 48 hours before attending the class
  • Guests may be asked to confirm this upon arrival
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if this requirement is not met

Knowledge required
  • Beginners are welcome.
  • A person under 18 cannot attend the class at all. We will ask for valid IDs if you look very young. You class will be cancelled without refund if failed to provide proofs. It is for your safety and required by insurance policy. If we don't follow it, this class will not be allowed to carry on. Thank you for your understanding.
