Whether you're a spring roll fanatic or are simply looking for some foodie fun, this cooking class online is a tasty treat for all!
Learn from an expert how to chef up the perfect spring rolls from scratch, without leaving the comfort of your kitchen. This online class lesson will begin with a quick introduction into the history spring rolls to modern-day trends, then it will be time to get hands-on with our own creations.
Don't worry if you're a beginner cook, this virtual class will take an easy simple-to-follow approach and there will be plenty of guidance from your friendly teacher throughout.
You'll learn how to:
  • Make pork, veg or sweet fillings for savoury or sweet spring rolls. You decide the ingredients.
  • Prepare spring roll pastry with wheat flour.
  • Wrap and fry the perfect spring rolls.
  • Make a complimentary sauce.
At the end of this online class, you will be able to eat the spring rolls you have made and will leave the class with the skills to make many more!

  • If you have special dietary requirements, please get in touch with your teacher after booking your class.
  • Every guest requires one ticket each even from same location.
Refund and Reschedule
  • Please book the dates you definitely can attend to help other customers' bookings. We worked extremely hard and never cancelled or rescheduled a single class in last 10 years due to our reasons. We would ask our customers to help us to keep it that way.
  • Our preparation starts from the minute receiving your booking. Reschedule is also wasting valuable booking slots as other customers cannot booked into your seats.
  • That's the reason reschedule will be charged a minimum £50 fee. And must be informed and paid no later than 1 week in advance. It is not enough to cover the rent. It is for you to reconsidering the reschedule.
  • The best way you can help the micro business is that, If you cannot attend booked classes, please give it to your friends and family. They will thank you for that as our classes are excellent. They will return the favour to you. It is win-win-win for all.
  • The last to mention, laterness. Please arrive earlier to allow the class starts on time. It is to respect other customers who booked the same class. Later than 15 minutes to agreed time will see booking cancelled with no refund or reschedule.

What to bring
  • 500g Chinese leaves.
  • 500g pork fillet or chops.
  • 50g dried shiitake mushroom.
  • 200g bamboo (tinned or fresh).
  • Spring roll pastry (any size! If you choose a frozen pastry, please defrost before the class).
  • Deep fry wok.
  • Vegetable oil.
Bonus (optional) ingredients:
  • Red bean or red bean paste (to make a sweet filling).
  • Wheat flour if you'd like to make the spring roll pastry yourself.
We didn't design kit for this class. It is easy to find all ingredients above listed above in your local shops. We strongly recommend you source all ingredients locally. It is more cost-effective and better for the environment.

An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.
