In this virtual Asian cooking class, you will learn how to make two different types of buns; bao buns, and steamed buns. Both are super delicious and are fun things to make at home. Share with your family and friends or enjoy them all to yourselves.
Bao buns are increasingly popular in the UK, popping up on menus of Asian restaurants all over. But you can even make your own at home. Steamed buns are a popular dish in Chinese dim sum. In this online dim sum virtual cooking class, you will learn to make tasty fillings and learn intricate bun-wrapping skills.
In this Asian bun making class, you'll learn:
  • How to make the bun dough.
  • How to roll the dough to the desired shape.
  • How to prepare fillings.
  • Wrapping the buns.
  • Cooking the buns.
At the end of this deliciously fun online cooking class, you'll have two homemade Asian-style buns to tuck into. As well as all the skills and know-how you need to make more!
Important Notes
  • Price shows here is for one person. Every one requires a valid ticket if participant in the learning. A parent can stay with their children if the class is mainly for them.
  • The estimated class duration time is only a reference based on 12 persons in the class. Don't worry if you need more time. And be proud if you take less time.
  • We have a strict 15-minute lateness policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, your booking will be cancelled without a refund or reschedule.

Refund and Reschedule
  • If you need to reschedule, a £50 fee per person applies. The request must be made and the fee paid at least one week prior to your class date.
  • If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. If you want to do this, simply notify us of the new attendee's name.
  • The best way you can help the micro business is that, If you cannot attend booked classes, please give it to your friends and family. They will thank you for that as our classes are excellent. They will return the favour to you. It is win-win-win for all.

This box contains dry ingredients only – you will need to supply the fresh ingredients yourself. We strongly recommend you source all ingredients locally and choose the 'class only' option as it is more cost-effective and better for the environment.
