Celebrate Chinese culture through one of its most iconic festival foods.
Join our Shanghai-style Meat Mooncake Masterclass in London and learn how to create this rare, savoury version of mooncake — a beloved delicacy traditionally enjoyed during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
This is a seasonal class, typically available around the Mid-Autumn Festival period. Advance booking is highly recommended.
Mooncakes are more than food — they are a symbol of reunion, tradition, and celebration.
This class gives you the rare opportunity to create an authentic version that carries both flavour and cultural meaning—something to enjoy and share with pride.
