Learn how to make your new favourite snack whilst satisfying your sweet tooth at this cooking class in London!
Snowflake Nougat, a softer, less sugary nougat, is popular in festival seasons both in the UK and China. Commonly, Chinese people will make this treat as a gift to friends birthday, wedding or festivals such as Luna New Year celebrations. This is the perfect edible gift in the UK for Christmas and New Year festival period.
During this class, you will find you are in a small class and spacious air-conditioned shop. More often gets private class if booking in weekdays.
You will learn all about the history of this delicious snack along with a step-by-step demonstration on how to make it. You'll then enjoy getting creative with your nougat and making two exciting flavours of your choice.
You will learn to make your nougat with the following flavours:
  • Classic flavour, dried cranberry and pistachio.
  • Special Matcha flavour, freeze dried crispy strawberry and macadamia.
At the end of this class, you'll have two delicious variations of snowflake nougat to enjoy. You can then head home with your scrumptious snack along with the knowledge of how to make it — this sweet treat does not require oven baking, making it an ideal quick snack to whip up at home.
Allergy
  • Gelatine is in one core ingredients. It might be made from animal products.
  • Nuts, Dairy and gluten are also necessary to make any type of nougats.
  • Egg is only in Salted Egg flavour.

Add-on Classes
  • All Add-ons are in the same class. It is to save your time and make the class more fun. Please allow extra time, 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can always contact us before booking to find out more details.
  • Special Salted Egg flavour, Salted Egg Yolk, cashew nuts and Pork Floss
  • You can also add one or two other desserts in the same class.
  • The Valentine Special Add-on, is making rose flavoured pink nougats.

Important Notes
  • Price shows here is for one person. Every one requires a valid ticket in order to stay in the class, regardless whether participants in the class or just taking photos.
  • The estimated class duration time is only a reference based on 12 persons in the class. It covers the entire experience, from the minute you arriving until you eating all the food. Don't worry if you need more time. And be proud if you take less time.
  • Please do not bring any outside food or beverages.
  • This is an adult-only class (18+). For safety reasons, the class is not suitable for pregnant women.
  • We have a strict 15-minute lateness policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, your booking will be cancelled without a refund or reschedule.

Refund and Reschedule
  • If you need to reschedule, a £50 fee per person applies. The request must be made and the fee paid at least one week prior to your class date.
  • If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member (18+). If you want to do this, simply notify us of the new attendee's name.
  • The best way you can help the micro business is that, If you cannot attend booked classes, please give it to your friends and family. They will thank you for that as our classes are excellent. They will return the favour to you. It is win-win-win for all.
Health & Safety Policy
  • For the safety of all guests and in line with UK food hygiene guidance, anyone experiencing vomiting, diarrhoea, or similar symptoms must be symptom-free for at least 48 hours before attending the class
  • Guests may be asked to confirm this upon arrival
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if this requirement is not met

Knowledge required
  • Beginners are welcome.
  • A person under 18 cannot attend the class at all. We will ask for valid IDs if you look very young. You class will be cancelled without refund if failed to provide proofs. It is for your safety and required by insurance policy. If we don't follow it, this class will not be allowed to carry on. Thank you for your understanding.
