In this workshop, you will learn to create and develop your creative journal practise mindfully. You will have the opportunity to experiment with mixed media materials such as collage, paint, ink, or textiles and create your personal art journal to take home. Take a break from your busy schedule as a busy executive or creative practitioner and spend two hours replenishing your energy with this enriching activity.

The theme of her work documents the feminine aspects integral to her
journey and are heavily influenced by the rituals and practices of
Indigenous cultures and the connection of healing using storytelling
and nature.
