Get behind the espresso machine and learn the fundamentals for brewing high-quality coffee at home. Held in our inviting Edinburgh cafe, this hands-on workshop will guide you through the art of coffee making. This is an ideal class if you have a passion for coffee and want to expand your knowledge on the science of espresso extraction. Designed for beginners, this class will be taught in an informal, relaxed style aimed at the home barista looking to take their skills to the next level. What we'll cover:
- Espresso recipe
- Grinder calibration
- Dose and yield
- Puck preparation
- Extraction
- Milk texturing
- Both dairy and milk alternatives are available to use on the day.
- You will be instructed using a La Marzocco Linea PB Espresso machine.
