Very bad execution,

Requested to be earlier to take seats but door only open at 3 which was the starting time.

There was no teacher, only an events manager that kept saying the event wasn’t organised by her.

Selected drinks don’t match website offer, forced to pay for the Prosecco and Mimosas that clearly states on the website that these were included.

There could be more instruments to work the clay, and the music was too loud for an actual social event.

Overall, super over priced for what it actually is!

We sincerely apologies that your experience at our Birmingham Sculpt & Sip event wasn't as you had expected.

The miscommunication with the drinks was down to an admin error, it's quite rare that we get ClassBento bookings comparatively t bookings through our own website, and so by error the description for the event was not updated to reflect offerings i.e the correct drinks being available.

With reference to there being no teacher - our sculpting events are focused on getting attendees confident with their creativity, and the hosts we have on board all have experience in helping attendees make what they imagine into real life clay creations, and have been instructed to do so. We apologies that this did not live up to your expectations. We are a relatively new organisation and as we expand there will be hiccups along the way. We appreciate the feed back and will look into how this can be improved so you can have a better experience with meetthesocial next time.

We really want to make it up to you so we are happy to extend 2 complimentary tickets to our next event in Birmingham, please reach out to us to claim them.
