In this workshop, you will discover how to de-stress and reconnect with your creative side through a combination of mindfulness practices and various art techniques. You will learn practical art techniques like Neurographic art, Botanical doodle art, Abstract art with watercolors and patterns, and Mandala art to cultivate a sense of calm and artistic expression.
Don't worry if you're new to art - this workshop is designed for beginners, so no prior art experience is necessary. You'll be guided through each step, making the experience enjoyable and accessible.
By the end of this workshop series, you will have discovered the link between art and mindfulness, learned practical art skills for relaxation and self-care, developed a deeper appreciation for the beauty around you, and gained a toolkit of creative exercises for daily mindfulness practice. Your teacher

Ashima Kumar is a visual artist, and art well-being practitioner, who uses doodle art as a tool for mindfulness and well-being. She is also the founder of Ashima Graphics, a design and creative studio and the force behind the increasingly popular “Doodle Art for Wellbeing Workshops”.
She has been working at the cutting edge of Graphic Design and Visual Art. Her creative works are an exploration of the world around her. Over the years she has studied the doodling technique and developed her own style of contemporary art. She has integrated this form into her art which has been exhibited in art galleries and art shows around the world to name a few; Art Basel Miami, Swiss Art Fair Zurich, Flux exhibition, Talented art fair and many more.
The Doodle Art for Wellbeing workshops were born out of deep personal exploration and research into doodle art. Over the years, Ashima has developed a unique personal style that fuses doodle art with traditional and digital media.
The workshops combine simple art forms, repetitive patterns and detailed instructions to help attendees discover unconscious thoughts, improve focus and enhance cognition. In the process the participants experience reduced levels of stress. The tools provided are meditative and expressive in nature and lead to an overall sense of well-being and accomplishment.
