You'll start by discussing the menu and receiving your apron, ensuring you feel comfortable and ready to dive into the activity.Throughout the workshop, our professional and friendly chefs will provide you with fresh, local ingredients to work with. They will invite small groups at a time to prepare, cook, and serve your chosen menu, ensuring everyone gets a comprehensive learning experience. By the end, you'll feel accomplished and inspired, having created and tasted an array of delectable small plates.At Ann's Smart School of Cookery, you'll gain insider tips and tricks of the trade from Ann herself, as well as from our trained Smart School chefs.
