What you'll do
Join Janey for the Collage Event in Greenwich. This event is all about exploring the beauty of vintage imagery through the art of collage.During the evening, you'll have the opportunity to create your own landscape/portrait collage using a variety of materials. Be inspired by the selection of magazines, vintage illustrations, and decorative paper provided.Make a paper colour palette, experiment with textured images and patterns. Work from an image/photo you are fond of or use your imagination to create your artwork.Come and play with paper in a friendly, relaxed environment.Materials Included Vintage illustrations, decorative papers and embellishments, glues and an A3 mount to display your artwork.Perfect for framing. Keep your piece for yourself or it would make a special gift.The Bar will be open for refreshments and snacks.

Janey Trained in Theatre Design, her love of hands on creating, led her in to the world of theatre prop making.Since going freelance she has made props, puppets, masks, dogs, cats, fake food, and sculpted pieces for The Royal Opera House, The Old Vic.National Theatre, E.N.O.Film work -The Great, Hulu, Victoria ITV, The Big Flower Fight, Netflix, Great Expectations, B.B.C..As a life long collage lover and collage artist she has exhibited at The Affordable Art Fair, Frieze Art Fair, Dulwich Picture Gallery, The Art Car Boot Fair, Maritme Museum, Ben Oakley Gallery, Cue B solo show.Janey has led numerous art workshops for The Royal Opera House, Ikea, Baker Street Quarter, Mycenae House.She has work in the U.k and overseas.
