Hidden within The Whisky Exchange London Bridge is an interactive, educational space equipped with 16 micro pot stills and a 50-litre central still.
At the Distillery School, you can learn the science of distilling and create your very own gin, or discover the delicate art of blending in one of our whisky or rum experiences.
Whichever you choose, our expert team will guide you through the process while you get hands-on with the raw materials, either on your own or sharing a still with a friend or partner in one of our two-person experiences. The space is also available for group bookings and private sessions, with a capacity of 18 seated guests.
