During this whisky blending experience, you will have the opportunity to learn the art of creating your own unique blend of whisky to take home with you. No prior knowledge is necessary, as our expert guides will lead you through each step of the process.After being welcomed with a drink and guided through the history of whisky, you will have the chance to taste different types of cask samples to understand their characteristics and the processes behind them. Then you will experiment with various combinations to find your perfect blend.By the end of the activity, you will not only have an appreciation for whisky but also a bottle of your very own creation to enjoy and share with friends. Embrace this hands-on experience and let your creativity flow as you craft a whisky blend that is uniquely yours.

Hidden within The Whisky Exchange London Bridge is an interactive, educational space equipped with 16 micro pot stills and a 50-litre central still. At the Distillery School, you can learn the science of distilling and create your very own gin, or discover the delicate art of blending in one of our whisky or rum experiences. Whichever you choose, our expert team will guide you through the process while you get hands-on with the raw materials, either on your own or sharing a still with a friend or partner in one of our two-person experiences. The space is also available for group bookings and private sessions, with a capacity of 18 seated guests.
