Mole is one of the most delicious dishes that Mexico has. There a several varieties of mole sauces. I will teach you how to make a Mole Almendrado, almond mole. You will also learn how to make the side dishes to have with mole as well as homemade corn tortillas.
You'll learn all the history behind this iconic dish, learn how to cook it and then sit down with me to feast.

Karla Zazueta is a self-taught chef, Mexican cookery teacher and food writer.
